About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Full Stack Developer who excels at leveraging AI-powered development tools to dramatically accelerate the software delivery lifecycle. In this role, you'll use Cursor's AI capabilities to efficiently generate components across the entire stack—from frontend interfaces to backend services, database schemas, and APIs. Your expertise will be in rapidly evaluating, refining, and enhancing AI-generated code to deliver production-ready features with exceptional efficiency, significantly outpacing traditional development approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently utilize AI-powered development tools to rapidly produce full-stack features
• Develop advanced prompt engineering techniques to maximize the effectiveness of AI coding assistants
• Quickly evaluate, iterate on, and refine AI-generated code to meet production standards
• Consistently deliver features at a pace that significantly exceeds industry standards
• Apply expert judgment to identify and address limitations in AI-generated solutions
• Balance rapid delivery with sound architectural principles and maintainable code
